YQme Story
YQme™ was born in 2011 when we saw how online ordering and payment technology was going to transform the food and beverages market. So we developed a customised, branded online and mobile ordering app for cafés, restaurants, pubs, caterers, deli’s and takeaway outlets to easily access technology to grow their own brands and businesses. We called the hospitality product, YQme™ as a benefit to the end-user, the restaurant customer who wants to order ahead of time and not queue up.
YQme™ is a self-funded technology start-up. Our development has evolved with customer needs and our growth has been organic. We now have solid runs on the board. We have a simple win-win approach – our tools help our customers grow their business and that grows our business.
Strong roots in TSG
YQme™ is part of the Technology Solutions Group (TSG), an Australian SME with a strong record for intelligent innovation in computer engineering design and development. TSG develops software, hardware and applications to transform, automate & simplify business processes. We thrive on identifying needs in the marketplace and creating smart designs to solve business process problems.
In 2000, we developed a unique custom solution for the Australian Defence Forces to provide a solution to simply & cost-effectively automate meal entitlements, service provider delivery and billing. This MPass Technology™ uses patented communication technology, and is now in its 5th generation of upgraded software and hardware engineering and continuous improvement .

The YQme purpose is to provide you with the right online ordering technology to grow your business. YQme is a solution that does the task reliably, and in a way that protects and improves your bottom-line. We are a small business with a simple philosophy – if we do business together we both need to benefit. We need to make it easy to deal with us, and to deal with the technology.
We are not a directory service; we showcase your brand, developing your own customer database and we share information with our restaurant partners. We created a product and service that quietly gets on with the job, so that you can confidently do what you do best, running your restaurant. We don’t believe the technology should get in the way of your business, rather it helps you do business in a way that appeals to your customers.
We continually add value and features to improve YQme, in fact most of our good ideas come from our customers. YQme appeals to those in the food hospitality area who are passionate about their business, about building their business and who, like YQme, are also customer-focused, quality support oriented and determined to deliver a great customer experience.
